Sampling Collaboration
Send a finished spec sheet, a reference paddle, or a sketch with a target weight and price tier — we turn it into a buildable spec, then sample it. Each revision round runs on the standard 7–12 business-day sampling window until the sample matches the approved spec.
Certification Guidance
We pre-screen in-house for deflection, PBCoR and surface roughness, then stay with the paddle through USAPA / UPA-A lab submission — 4–6 weeks standard, 3–8 business days expedited — so a listing date never rests on a guess.
Specification Consulting
Face material, core thickness and weight band decide who a paddle is for. Tell us the player and the price point; we recommend the construction that fits — and say plainly when a request doesn't make sense to build.
Logistics Planning

Questions buyers ask us most
How many times can we revise the sample?
There is no fixed cap on revisions while the spec stays the same — each round runs the standard 7–12 business days. Changing the construction tier or core thickness restarts sampling, because it is a different build, not a tweak.
Can we get drawings and a spec sheet without a physical sample?
Yes. Dimension drawings and a full spec sheet can be issued before any tooling starts. We still recommend one physical sample before bulk: a spec sheet carries dimensions and materials, but not surface finish or grip feel.
Who submits USAPA / UPA-A certification — us or you?
Either. We coordinate submission to the accredited lab on your behalf, or hand you pre-screened samples to submit under your own brand. Lab turnaround is 4–6 weeks standard or 3–8 business days expedited; our in-house pre-screening runs first either way.
Can production ship directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes. FBA-compliant labeling and carton prep are done before freight leaves, so cartons move straight to fulfillment centers instead of stopping at a third-party prep warehouse.
What happens if a batch arrives out of spec?
Every batch ships with an inspection report and a traceability reference tied to the purchase order. Claims are worked against the approved sample, and the remedy — replacement or remediation — is agreed in writing before anything is re-shipped.
