What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a private label paddle?

Standard MOQ typically starts from 200–500 units per SKU, depending on construction and customization level. Lower trial-run quantities can sometimes be arranged for private-label pilots — ask during your quote request.

How long does sampling take?

Sample development typically takes 7–12 business days from a confirmed spec sheet to a physical sample in hand.

How long does bulk production take?

Bulk production typically runs 25–35 days depending on customization level and current factory load. We confirm a firm date once your PO and spec are locked.

Can you help with USAPA or UPA-A certification?

Yes. We run in-house pre-shipment screening for deflection, PBCoR and surface roughness before coordinating submission to an accredited third-party lab, which typically takes 4–6 weeks standard or 3–8 business days expedited. See Quality & Certification for the full pipeline.

Do you support private label and custom packaging?

Yes — blank, private-label or retail-ready kitting, including edge guard covers, spare grip tape and drawstring bag options.

What documentation do I receive with a shipment?

A material composition declaration, dimension and weight inspection report, and — once submitted — an optional copy of the third-party certification lab report.

Can you consolidate freight for multiple SKUs?

Yes. Distributors and wholesale buyers commonly consolidate several constructions and price tiers into a single shipment rather than coordinating multiple factory contacts separately.
